DSMRA Annual General Meeting
To be held at the Ellalong Community Hall in Olney St, Ellalong at 7.30pm on Sat night. Sat night dinner at 5.30pm. Breakfast Sunday morning at 7.30am. Meals to be paid for by National.
Grades 3, 4 & ADV rides will be run in the Watagans & wider area for ADV riding. Grades 2 & 3 to leave the rear of Ellalong pub by 9am. Grade 4 to liase with Chris Springett 0403 546 607. Lunch for grades 3 & 4 at The Pines from 12.30. ADV guys to look after themselves. Fuel for the Grade 3 & 4 to be provided on the day.
Camping not allowed at the hall, swags OK on the floor of the Ellalong pub rooms for a small fee to Tracey the publican. Rooms still available at Paxton pub or Bellbird pub.
All bikes to be registered with number plates fixed to the bike.
Those wishing to ride, need to sign on for the indemnity aspect. $20.00 cost for the weekend is for Sydneys effort in hosting the event.
